Frequently asked

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

Unless you’re paying by the image for brand photography, you’ll receive as many photos as we can capture within your session time! I’ll carefully select and edit the best images from each setup and send them your way.

How & When Do i receive my images?

All edited images will be delivered through a private Google Drive link. Simply share the email addresses you’d like me to send them to. You’ll have up to six months to download your photos from that link. Please allow up to one month for regular sessions and 2–3 months for wedding galleries. As much as I’d love to do this full-time, editing happens around my full-time job — but I promise, the wait is worth it!

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?

Any travel outside of the Columbus, IN area will have travel fees added on. Travel fees can include gas, airfare, car rental, hotel or air bnb, baggage costs, etc. Travel fees are due before your scheduled session or event. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

Life happens, and sometimes plans change — and that’s okay! If something comes up, we can reschedule and find a new date that works. Please note that the 10% deposit required to reserve your original date is nonrefundable if rescheduling isn’t possible.

WHAT IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?

While we can’t control the weather, we can make the best of it! If you’re up for embracing a little rain for some creative shots, I’m all in. If conditions don’t cooperate, no worries — we’ll simply reschedule for a better day.

WHAT IF MY Event DATE CHANGES?

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If your event date needs to be moved, we’ll discuss options and see if I’m available for your new date. If I’m unavailable, I’ll gladly recommend another trusted photographer. Please note that the 10% deposit used to reserve your original date is nonrefundable.

How do I pay & when is it due?

When you book a date for photography, a 10% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your session. Travel fees are due one week before your scheduled session or event, and the remaining balance is due day of service before. For website brand, and logo design, payments are due before the design process starts. Payments are accepted via cash, check, Apple Pay, or Venmo.
